"Lazzzypaws is the best pet grooming in ACT! The staff really friendly and care my furbaby! This is flora’s first time to take grooming, I never expected she to be very cooperative and relaxed during the whole grooming. Sandra and Channel really patient and will never push my cat anymore. I felt their love for pets at here, highly recommended!! They use the square appointment that is easy to book online and we have many payment options no matter cash, card or bank transfer. Will come back!"

"Best groomer in ACT! I take Nemo for regular grooming. Sandra and Chanel are very warm and welcoming, and every visit they took the time to ask about my dog's needs and discussed about my preferred styles. The grooming itself was perfect. Nemo looked and smelled fantastic, and they had clearly taken the time to make sure that Nemo was comfortable and happy throughout the process. Not to mention they have two cute Labrodooles whom Nemo loved to play with! They also provided me with some helpful tips for maintaining Nemo’s coat in between appointments. I couldn’t recommend Lazzzypaws enough to anyone looking for a fantastic grooming experience for their furry friends."

"I strongly advise against using this dog groomer. It appears to me that they are solely interested in taking your money. Not only do they require a $50 bank transfer when booking and demand the remaining payment in cash, but they also asked me to deposit a certain amount of money ahead of time to become a schedule plan customer. On top of their financial demands, I had a negative experience when I brought my dog to them. On the first visit, they accidentally cut my dog's paw and covered it with some powder to stop the bleeding. They said it was just a minor cut, but when the powder fell out a few days later, I realized how deep the cut actually was. While I appreciated their apology and understood that accidents happen, So I booked another appointment on late January. To make matters worse, when I tried to book another appointment recently,they informed me that they are doing this scheduled plan,could only take clients who booked appointments less than 8 weeks apart, even though I requested to book every 10 weeks. It seemed odd that they were turning away potential clients if they were so busy, yet they still couldn't accommodate a booking every 10 weeks. Overall, I do not recommend this groomer. Their focus on money over the well-being of pets is concerning"

"Recently, my wife and I went to Canberra for a short trip and decided to bring our cats Pumpkin and Milky along with us (Pet housing is so expensive these days). At our friend's house, they decided he wanted to go exploring outside into the mud. We cleaned them as best we could but they both decided they didn't want to be cleaned. So, at our friend's recommendation we went to Lazzzypaws. The shampoos they used were not only gentle on the fur and skin, but we're also environmentally friendly due to no sulphates. I regret not taking some before photos but here's some pictures of them, after getting cleaned and back to where we were staying. Would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone in the area."
