"Poor Advice I recently visited this vet with my male cat who had eye inflammation. The vet couldn't complete the PCR swab due to my cat's aggression and suggested using antibiotic eye drops, with the PCR test delayed or swab done at home. However, the practice owner gave conflicting advice, telling me to skip the drops, feed my cat gabapentin, and return for a PCR test the next morning. This caused confusion about the best approach for my cat's condition. In addition to the fees for consultation, we were charged in full for the incomplete tests."

"My wife and I brought our cat in. They had a separate entrance for cats so they wouldn't get too scared by all the dogs. Staff were extremely helpful and informative, especially about prices. Our cat had to be placed into their ward for a number of nights, which had large and clean cages in a quiet space. While he was in there we had an option to have a vet check on him throughout the night. Sadly our story ended with us having to put our little guy to sleep. The Vet staff were very accommodating, very polite, and ensured that when it came to say goodbye that it was done so with a great deal of respect and calmness. I will recommend this vet to anyone, regardless of distance. By far the best experience I have had with a vet, despite the outcome."
