"Disappointed that they were not clear up front that they didn't have capacity for ongoing support. We were offered a space with another provider (with ongoing support) the day that we had scheduled for our first appointment. Unfortunately we turned them down as we thought that we had support, it has now been several months and we haven't been able to get support with either provider."

"My son has been seeing therapist Olivia Cowell for over 6 months now and things have been progressing smoothly. Olivia is great at maintaining communication with parents/carers, responding quickly to requests, emails and phone calls, something which I found other therapists to be very very poor at. For parents that are anxious about their children's health and wellbeing, this is something that is very comforting. My son is happy to attend and appears to be making slow but sure progress."
"Have got my son's name on there waiting list for more than 3 months now for speech therapy and I get a call today from them saying we started a program for parents if you enroll in that program they will give priority for speech therapy sessions. They want us to sell programs which are of no use to parents but don't want to provide speech therapy for my kid who is in need. Bunch of scammers who wants to steal your NDIS funds thru there scam programs."
