"I had my very first surgery in there Yesterday afternoon. I had a wonderful experience, all the administration team members and Nurses were so kind and supportive. Dr. Tam and McInerney are great doctors with patience and empathy if anyone ever need them. I hope you all won't though lol. Thanks again to all the wonderful medical professionals who looked after me and comforted me Yesterday, sorry i couldn't Remember anyone's name but Amy (one of the nurses who looked after me) coz too dizzy. "Had a preadmission appointment yesterday. Time was for 8.30am. Was taken in at 8.25, everything went so smoothly, from nurse to pharmacist and then to anesthetist. All were caring and super pleasant. I know it gets busier as the day goes on, but thanks for being so efficient."

"I recently spent 5 days at Calvary Bruce Private Hospital and I am beyond impressed with my experience. All of the staff seemed really passionate about their jobs and where they work and it makes all the difference. I have a lot of stress and anxiety, which resulted in me becoming quite emotional at times, but the nurses on level 4 went out of their way to help me feel safe and calm. I’m reluctant to try and name them all, because I’ll probably miss someone, but I must give special thanks to Sam, Maddie, Aldrin and Fiona. The hospital itself is nice and new and the rooms are clean and spacious. My only negative feedback here is that for some reason, the soft light that is installed in each room was missing in mine and there was just a small hole in the wall where the switch belongs. This meant that I had to turn on the full room light if I or a nurse needed to see something at night, but thankfully this didn’t happen often. The food was excellent and there was a great selection of dishes each day. The dishes are flavourful and good portions with the option of choosing a normal or light serve, I never went hungry that’s for sure! I also found it really sweet that all of the staff genuinely wanted to know if I enjoyed my meal and wanted to make sure you were satisfied. The man that comes with the afternoon tea trolley was also really lovely and engaging. As was the cleaner who dropped by to tidy up my room each morning. She has a really positive energy that’s infectious, even to my anxious self!"
