"Clean and tidy, the best of 3 places we stayed at on a recent holiday. As such that's why img giving it 4 stars, I wouldn't describe it as luxury. The apartment itself was pretty basic but newish the furniture reflects that, the pool was good, put a couple of more basic things like salt and pepper shakers would have gone a long way."
"I love the rooms and location and have stayed at the Dorsett and star residences multiple times... but my god it would've been nice to know there was night works on the construction site next door BEFORE spending hundreds of dollars on a room, or even at check in! The incredibly bright lights from the illuminated crane at our window were bearable at best, but drilling noise and vibrations at 2am were enough to wake you and keep you awake! I advise you to ask about the construction schedule when booking because they sure as hell won't mention it"
"Not worth the price at all! Receptionist was rude, didn't want to fix a parking problem despite it being their fault. Lifts take so long, the bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable, barely slept a wink. The view was nice, and at least it had a balcony. Much better places to stay though. Very overpriced for what you get."
"For what you are paying for, you definitely don’t get the luxuries and facilities expected from this so called luxury residence. Travelling with kids, there is no concierge to help with luggage. Despite the cost, servicing of room, baby cot and high chair are all an extra charge. A call to reception is barely answered on the first attempt. Ordering amenities can take up to half a day! All the pillows are super firm/ high (when we requested different pillows, we were told they had none, what a joke!) The only positive was the view ( except my toddler picked up a sharp object while we were on the balcony). Don’t waste your money here, we definitely won’t be back."
"Fantastic little apartments. Well kept, Super clean, Lovely concierge and 11/10 food just at the bottom of the tower! it couldn't get much better honestly. Amazing views from the balcony of our room. signed up to the casino and got HEAPS of freebies and discounts. Cant fault this place at all. Will 100% be back in a few months."
