"Great location, central to supermarkets, the beach and the tram station. Very quiet, couldn’t hear much noise from the street or other residents. Bedrooms nice and big and the living areas as well. Loved the use of the kitchen and laundry. Bathrooms a little tired and could do with an upgrade would be the only negative."

"I cancelled my booking shortly after making it. So I can't comment on anything but my refund. I booked through booking dot com which obviously has my credit card details. The deposit was taken from my credit card by Capricornia. However Capricornia refused to refund to my credit card due to their " internal auditing rules" and insisted I provide them with another bank account number so they could transfer the refund back to me. I've never had this occur with any refund for accommodation or any type of goods and services. My bank did not think it was prudent to provide in todays climate of bank account security. I ended up opening a new account for the refund and then closing immediately, on the banks advise.The other alternative was to cancel the credit card payment. I've been an auditor for 30 years. It doesn't make sense to have income come from one source but be refunded to another."

"These apartments are perfect for families. The kitchen had all you could want in a kitchen, spacious. They had boogie boards and tennis racquets to borrow which kept the kids entertained, not to mention the free wifi. We will definitely be back."

"Recently spent two weeks in a 2bed apartment on the 9th floor. Big windows facing the beach meant we had a great view. Location is really good close to shops and restaurants. No way this is 4 star accommodation though! It was dirty, beds were incredibly old & uncomfortable, and they clearly haven't made any updates since the 80’s. Apartment had an ensuite bathroom however the shower was so dreadful in the ensuite with water spraying everywhere from the shower head & arm. Also the toilet lid didn’t stay up so rested on your back while you were sitting on the toilet! Many kitchen appliances were dirty (jaffle iron had caked on food on it). Would not stay here again, the location doesn’t outweigh the tired, dirty state of the accomodation."
