"Can not recommend this place highly enough, great location, lovely rooms, a pool to keep the kids occupied for days. We always come here and will be back again and again."
"A lot of improvement is needed, rooms are dirty and have carpet stains, curtains and shower door broken, sliding doors didn't lock properly. Phone wasn't working, this was randomly repaired on our 3rd day without notice, I wasn't happy about a trades person entering the room without our knowledge (we weren't there at the time) mess and cut wires were left on the ground for my 2 year old daughter to find. A loud fan going on and off above our room kept me awake at m often at night. It's a shame as this place has the potential to be a decent establishment."
"Such a lovely location, great staff, however was really disappointed to see the no smoking sign and then have smoke blow into our unit from another room. It was so overwhelming I tried to go out to the pool to get away from it but it just seemed to follow me. This happened a few times during our stay, I have a chronic lung condition so this was not helpful. The staff did not seem to care that the lady was smoking as they didn’t seem to ask her to stop. Otherwise amazing pool area and bbq area. Will be back !"
"We love the grounds of this place it like little pieces of tranquility in the heart of Broadbeach. Great lagoon pools and spa’s and plenty of BBQ in pool area. Rooms are ok we have stayed twice now and have noticed a difference in quality of some rooms (spacious just a little dated ) great location for pasific fair shopping centre, Dracula’s and local surf club. We will be back again and can highly recommend this place weather it be a family vacation or a romantic getaway"
"We loved this place! The apartment was great. Spacious with everything needed for cooking, laundry, sleeping etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the pool area was amazing!! Would give more stars if I could. We will definitely be back to stay here one day."
