"I love Muso Ramen in Mermaid, so I thought the Robina branch would be similar, but I was very wrong. I got delivery 3 times from them, but each time I was left disappointed by comparison. I’d rather drive to the Mermaid branch for ramen than get delivery from the Robina branch."
"I was excited to try this place as their dishes looked promising and has a nice setting within the kitchens of robina town shopping centre, however the first time was nice but the broth was a little oily and egg questionable so I decided to give it another try. The second time the broth was much richer and flavourful but very oily and that afternoon I was very ill and vomiting. As a result of this I won't be returning. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the wait was not long. I tried the tonkotsu original soy"
"First here. They open at 10am. Hurray. Very hard to find the early opening ramen shops in Gold Coast. Ordered original ramen and rice bowl. Ramen was very authentic Japanese and full of taste. Reasonable price and friendly staff as well. But I feel a bit oily. Maybe spicy one would be better ?"
"Looks nice but the taste isn't that good. I've ordered the tonkatsu pork broth original miso, number 6. I was so hungry and excited but was disappointed as the soup is too salty, can't taste the pork broth. Though the pork was cooked very well, it was tender and flavorful. The lady at the counter was nice too."
"Stopped by The Kitchens in Robina Town Centre on the way home from NSW to Brisbane for a spot of ramen: * black miso ramen, $18 * mini seasoned rice, $4 The ramens at Muso Ramen come in either pork or chicken based broths, including a clear chicken broth option. The tonkotsu pork bone broth that comes with the black miso ramen was very thick and full of collagen. You also get half a ramen egg and some rectangular slices of cha shu with nice bite which I prefer to the thin, round slices typical in other places. Overall the dish is on the pricier side for food court ramen, and this is also reflected in the pricing for extras eg. kaedama (extra noodle) is $2.50, takana (mustard leaf) and ramen egg are $3 each. But you can’t deny that this is a pretty flavour-packed dish and the home made noodles are quite good too. The rice is normally $5 but there’s a slight discount when purchased with a ramen. It was a good sized serve for the boy who prefers rice to noodles. The thickness of the broth here may not be to everyone’s tastes (wifey liked it, but another friend in our group found it too thick). Worth a try to see if it’s to your liking."
