"This Sushi shop must go back to the 90s outdated Sushi that has no taste. There is a tall guy there that's is very rude. Worst experience I have had buying sushi"
"Had lovely sushi here. Chicken avo, teriyaki chicken, always grab them. Price also very good."
"Haven't had a bad experience at this place, very kind female worker with great knowledge on the sushi available. Sushi is very affordable and most sushi's taste very nice, their inari's are always splendid. Only had a bad customer service once with a male worker but otherwise it has been great."
"Come here quite a lot with my family and have had no issues with any staff members except one on a few occasions now. There is this staff member who we kindly ask to cut our sushi after we’ve ordered and he refuses and tells us the kitchen has been cleaned. He really is just to lazy to wash a knife after he’s used it. The knife should be washed after every sushi has been cut anyway for OH&S reasons. But now I’ve had enough of this rude male staff member. Just recently when I ordered some sushi for my family and I we asked for it to be cut and he says “sorry kitchen it packed up, would you like chopsticks ?” I told him no why would I need chopsticks if my sushi isn’t cut up. I then mentioned that their shop doesn’t close for another hour and twenty minutes and he should have no issues cutting our sushi. He visably laughed at us and pretty much had this rude smirk the whole time. He then had this rude look on his face and grabbed the sushi packet and stormed off to the back to cut it. Handed it back to me and didn’t say a word. After the way he handled that situation we were afraid to eat our sushi, we were scared he had done something to it. It’s also funny how the one time he’s actually cut our sushi with no issues is when the manager was around. My family and I have decided to boycott this store and only buy sushi from sushi sushi in the main eatery next to QBD. Those guys are so much more friendly and they bend over backwards for their customers."
