"Insurance means royals and able 8 that’s billions so your not fair bully"
"When the agency claims publicly that things are changing to improve speed of access to supports for those who need it, you might expect some sort of straight forward communication. Instead of this smoother system I have been waiting months for an initial response to my application. The NDIS claimed it posted a letter and email which never came, when my carer looked into it we were told there must have been a mysterious issue and they would send another letter and email which also never came. They have now claimed they are sending a third one for us to take to my Dr. All details have been confirmed multiple times as well. This is shameful, all while treating recipients like they take too much while service providers charge outrageous prices for services only provided to ndis recipients."
"NDIS should have more qualified staff. People that actually know what/how the lives of someone with a disability can be improved. Expecting the parents/ care givers to know what they can do is just ridiculous. And when we suggest something the answer is almost always 'we don't fund that, that's your job'. If that's the case then tell us what we the purpose of using this agency is, to avoid the time wasting. I have had a few good experiences with staff there but today was by far the worst! I spoke to the rudest most condescending staff member. Do your job better and stop expecting people that don't work in your agency to know what is expected. Also have more compassion considering you are dealing with the caregiver of a disabled child. If you aren't a compassionate or helpful person work somewhere else!"
"They r very un professional there staff rnt qualified to do anything i wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything very bad they have no idea from one person to the next absolutely disgusting"
"Did NOT want to leave a star! Undeserving of any stars. Have been told to join this but no-one can tell me how it will help me or how it works. Have been told have to do own leg-work to find doctors and shrinks and pay for costs myself. If have to do it all myself what does this do to help me? I think its just a government idea to keep lists of us and data on who we are, where we go and what we do. It's a government scheme that sounds like it won't help anyone but the government. And so far that's exactly what it's proving to be."
