"My wife gets her weekly ultrasound scans here and she always has to wait for an hour plus even though she comes in early for her appointments. Today we had to wait for an hour and a half for a 10 minutes scan and nobody bothered to even come and tell us that there would be a wait. Terrible time management. If you want to waste your time come here."

"The front desk girl was so appalling that it made me truly upset that she is working this job. I’ll start off with her attitude towards general patients are so blunt and carefree whenever someone asks her a general question about a wait time/ situation or a concern with an appointment he completely becomes oblivious to all information before her on her computer that is basically her entire job right there. Then my personal experience was something to talk about, Being in a robe waiting in the waiting room for 50mins as it was (that was for seen as that was when the appointment was made) I was then walked up to by her and told that I was to wait another 20 even though she before said everything was on schedule, I looked annoyed and she must of assumed that it was because I was in a gown? She asked if I wanted to change I said no, there would be no point in getting back into it so soon, and that I was annoyed because I had work and it just was going to set me back. Now I don’t know if this girl has ever worked in a proper way or with any need to support herself or others but she then goes on to say "well don’t you think you shouldn’t have worked today then?" Excuse me? I would love to sit behind a desk for 8 hours a day do nothing but sit on my arse and do nothing but relay what you have no idea what your saying Don’t care for her name she’s in the radiology clinic in midland hospital, glasses brown hair in a ponytail, the most through the nose voice I have ever heard People come here in pain/ distress and more than you could imagine don’t you dare take someone’s income into this it’s more important that you could know"
