"I had a prescription organised to pickup... lady on the phone said he closes at 5pm. google says they close at 5 pm.. drive 45min get there at 4:26pm and they are closed. Must of closed early... Dr. is a very nice man. My son has been seeing him 7 years 9/10. The reception lady needs some customer service Re-training."
"Just called to attempt to schedule my daughter for an ADHD Assessment. The receptionist was very kind and helpful although the waitlist is 12+ months. She explained what I need to do to get my daughter on the list. I have read many 1 star reviews from a year and longer ago due to the receptionist at that time. So I thought I would post this review to help people know that the receptionist was quite kind and very professional. Not sure if it is the same person or not. But rest assured I was treated well. :)"
