At Head to Health, we offer a calm, safe, and welcoming community environment where you can receive mental health and wellbeing support. Our services are available to adults who are feeling distressed, down, overwhelmed, or worried about their mental health. We also provide support for families, friends, and carers. The best part? Our services are free and confidential, and no referral, Medicare card, or appointment is needed.

When you visit Midland Head to Health, you'll be seen by our experienced mental health nurses or allied health staff. They are equipped to provide information, treatment, and support tailored to your mental, social, or emotional needs. Whether you're looking to improve your own mental health or support someone you care about, Head to Health is a great place to start.

Midland Head to Health is operated by St John of God Social Outreach, a part of St John of God Health Care. We also operate Gosnells Head to Health, Mirrabooka Head to Health, and will soon be opening Armadale Head to Health. Our appointment as operators was made by WA Primary Health Alliance, the operator of the Perth North and Perth South Primary Health Networks.

We are grateful for the funding provided by the Australian Government under the PHN Program, which makes Head to Health possible. We also want to acknowledge and pay respect to the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia. We recognize their continuing connection to land, waters, and community, and honor the Elders, both past and present.
