After working in renowned establishments in France and Switzerland, Gary opened the Groucho Club in London before eventually bringing his talents to Australia. He has won prestigious awards, including the Gourmet Traveller Australian Restaurant of the Year, and has cooked for celebrities and royalty.

We indulged in 3 courses each and a few bottles of wine and desert cocktails. The service was impeccable and our most recent waiter guessed our every need. I got a surprise cocktail without even ordering and then everyone else on the table liked it so much they ordered one too. Can not fault this place!!"
