"Avoid, they have a new "Administrative System". Staff struggle navigating. It reflects poor leadership/management. Pretty apparent that everyone within "360" received ittle to no training to cope with system changes and left to do the best they can. I'd suggest bypassing "360" and find another health service provider that doesn't keep blaming "new administrative system" "360" struggle managing appointments. I personally found that during December 2021, January 2022, February 2022 was frustrating with the simplest of things .. booking appointments. Save yourselves the frustration, go else where. I normally don't leave negative feedback and understand from time to time we all make allowances during short interim changes but the "Muppet" responsible for this debacle should be reminded that adequate training and support is essential when rolling out administrative changes across the board. Very poorly managed organisation. Had one successful appointment out of 5 attempts. At what point do clients become sounding boards for issues that shouldn't concern them?"
"Saw an endocrinologist there today and have never felt so dismissed or unheard. The doctor I saw was rude, didn't seem to care about any other symptoms (other than fatigue and it's association with weight gain) ,suggesting that a constant sore throat and hoarse voice was from yelling at my kids. My GP referred me suggesting he would organise a thyroid scan and further tests- none of which was done. Just the most bizarre experience."
"Was referred to see endocrinologist and diabetes educator. Endocrinologist was highly recommended and described as an amazing person and health professional. This was false. The diabetes educator was fantastic. The endocrinologist treated me like garbage and refused to listen to me when asking about medical and personal history, was particularly callous in regard to my mental health issues that have been around since I was seven years old. Won't name him here but I'll give his name in private to anyone who wants it. After my experience I would urge other type 1 diabetics to ask for a referral to another clinic. Totally destroyed my trust in some of the medical professionals I see regularly."
"This is actually named Armadale District Surgery. Lots of Drs, pathology, nurses, gynos, and small procedures."
