Reviews
"Rang to make an appointment was on hold for over 10 minutes then got cut off twice, third time finally got to speak to reception after 5minutes asked reception what was happening, this was so unlike reception at this practice, in the six years we have been at this practice, they have had the most outstanding reception people & today couldn't even say sorry for what had happened or explain what my husband needed an injection for, then reception said do you want to continue with this appointment & it seemed like they were going to hang up on me. "Dr Javas is amazing. Never had another doctor as attentive or caring as him. He has gone out of his way for my children more than a few times. Don't see doctor Ramen, he's awful and has many complaints on his record."
"Dr Rahman is the worst Dr ever. I went to see him in January with concerns about a lump in my breast. He told me not to worry about it and don't bother with a mamogram so I walked out angry and disappointed. Turns out I have breast cancer and it's a grade 3. Thank goodness I went and saw my normal gp who I couldn't get in to see for 3 weeks. Dr Rahman shouldn't have a medical licence."
"Dr Rahman was dismissive and did not listen. I booked a long appointment as I had a few things to discuss. He rushed me out of there in less than 10 mins. Basically implied that it was all in my head. Went to a different GP and was taken seriously and am now being treated for something quite serious. Thankfully I got a second opinion because this GP is a terrible doctor."
