"What a laugh Armadale Laser. Tried to convince me they at least want 8 visits every four weeks to make sure the hair is completely removed. Ok so you touch up a dozen times with your laser gun/pointer on my legs on each of my visits to get what $800 to $1600 out of me all up. Goes to show the lady in Broome is a much nicer genuine soul. And the Asian lady who actually recommended I go to a laser clinic only spent $150 all up. Don’t even go there on the “we’re all different” either!!! No Principals - Just one major Rip off !!"

"Had such a horrible experience here, I had prepaid some session after a sale and after being 5 minutes late I had to reschedule my appt (which I understand because I was late but still frustrating when it’s 5 mins) I asked the lady if I was able to change my prepaid sessions to a different clinic as I now work an hour away and struggle to get to the appts after work. I was then told because they’re franchises I can’t. So instead I rescheduled for a new day to only find out after I had the laser done my prepaid session had expired so I basically just gave them free money when it all could have been avoided if she had a looked on my account and actually told me my session had expired the first day. Disappointed when I’ve been a regular customer and this how I’m treated."
