"I would like to say a MASSIVE THANKYOU to Dr Marcus Choy. I have been in the medical field for over 20years ( paramedic ). I have been around a lot of Dr’s / Practitioners / Dentist ect and I have to say that Dr Marcus Choy is one of, if not the nicest human going around. I can not praise him enough. His mannerism, his professionalism, his care, his attention to detail the list goes on he just makes you feel so at ease and explains everything clearly so you know what to expect. I highly recommend Dr Choy. A big shout out to his assistant aswell she also was outstanding, very professional. So thank you and I wish you all the very best. Kind regards Kyle Hughes"
"CANCELLED APPOINTMENT Arrived nearly 15 min before my time of 09:00 to be told the dentist couldn't see me today. My appointment has been cancelled. Was told by reception they had some problems with the SMS system. What would I have been charged for a no show, a lot more than I'll be getting for my wasted time. Won't be back, I'll find another dentistry that can keep a booked appointment."
"I am so dissatisfied and angry at this service. I attended with my 15 year old who needed to have a tooth removed. First appointment they advise she gets a clean and that her tooth should receive a root canal. I ask to why a root canal is required and the dentist explains to me that it can cause serious complications if the tooth is removed. Upon further investigation I find she talking about cosmetic /aesthetic complications. I explain that we just want to the tooth removed. Dentist stated that this requires a longer appointment then we have booked, frustrating as it is I accept. I informed the receptionist this appointment was for a tooth removal and potentially clean. I don’t understand why the correct time wasn’t book in the first place but we received the clean and leave. Admittedly the dentist was lovely enough to try to rebook us in during that appointment but due to my work commitments I have to pre arrange these appointments and can’t just assume I will be free at any point of the week. I call back a couple of day later to book the appointment in for the available time and am told over the phone it will be Wednesday (2nd August) at 11:45. I arrive to be told first my daughter doesn’t have a file and then find out that the receptionist has booked it in for Monday the 7th at 11:30am. The receptionist at the time even states that she isn’t sure why the other receptionist would say the appointment was booked for the Wednesday as it a day our dentist doesn’t work. I am unable to do the Monday and they are unable to reschedule me at all till 4 days later another day that is unattainable. This will be going on 2 weeks of daughter having to live with this pain and be on pain killer and antibiotics for this tooth. The receptionist have no idea what they are doing and I am feed up. This is meant to be urgent care and there is nothing urgent about this care. From one very unsatisfied customer."
