I ordered the full plate of beef nacho $23.50 all I got was a whole plate of chips, tablespoon of Mince, teaspoon of guacamole, tablespoon of beans, little squirt of sour cream and cheese. I asked the waiter if that was the full plate and not a starter? which she replied "it's the full plate". I told her to take it back, which I've never done before, but this was just ridiculous. I wouldn't pay $10 for that. Will never go back!"
"The jungle is the best Mexican food in cooly. The jungle has been open since the beginning of time and is always a fun friendly family restaurant. I would recommend booking in advance to not be disappointed. I have never had a bad meal from here in the 30 years that I have been going there. If you want a big meal I can recommend the #14 it will not leave you hungry! Nachos is always a winner here, along with enchiladas. All the food is great here. Sangria is nice to."
"Apparently the oldest surviving restraunt in Coolangatta. Great tasting Mexican food, large quantities and you will definitely feel full! Good levels of spice and gorgeous guacamole! Slightly more pricy then the chain Mexican stores, but good value for money and much more authentic. Will return for sure!"
