"I attended the Stratco Malaga Store today with the difficult task of getting three walls of my 20yr old double garage replaced. Not an easy task. However, one of the team members, Claudia, was very patient and extremely helpful in working out all the new pieces I would need. It was very refreshing to be served by such a delightful and patient person. From what I could see whilst I was there, the other team members demonstrated similar personalities. It's one store I will definitely find an excuse to buy from again. Thankl you Claudia, you're a credit to Stratco."

"Could not get hold of the Malaga branch for the whole of Friday 28 July, with the call centre noting that they have not answered their phones all day. She sent an email for them to call me, which never happened. I tried again on Saturday 29 July and went through the call centre again who noted that Malaga never answers their phone but she will try again. By luck, I got through. I discussed with them that we need assistance with designing an outdoor kitchen and get quotes on numerous other outdoor items, which was returned by a friendly “no problem, just come through to the store and we will gladly assist you”. We arrived and was met by a grumpy older lady who told us that we need to fill out forms and she can’t help us with more than that. She went back and sat behing her computer. I asked her about different BBQ options and very specific to a separate rotisserie back burner version. She did not understand what I was talking about and printed a list of BBQ’s to hand over to me. She went back to her station and ignored us. She was not interested or willing to assist at all. My understanding was that Stratco would assist us to design our dream outdoor kitchen as well as assist with choices of wall heaters, fans, 3 outdoor electric blinds and synthetic grass. Based on our initial experience with the kitchen, we left. Sadly, we walked straight past the lady and she had no interest to even ask why we are leaving without filling out the forms. We went to 2 other establishments afterwards, who was so happy to assist and provide proper client service, one of which had exactly the same supplier. Stay away from Stratco, they clearly don’t value prospective clients nor proper service."

"I went in wanting to match my old profile metal roof,the staff went out of their way to help, they are all a great bunch of people and I do not hesitate to recommend them. You have to be patient as they can get very busy. These days great service is not easy to find,but Stratco Malaga certainly deliver it. 5 stars"
