"This has to be the worst customer service I have come across from a tool shop. Walked around for ages before I had to go searching for help... then found someone and they were to busy told me Someone will hall Me soon... was standing around for more Than ten minutes. Then the tool I purchased was faulty so I returned it within a week promised an answer with a 24 hour turn over and 6 weeks later after many attempts to call and stop in store.. I was co sta toy messed around and no body wanted tk take responsibility for my broken item going missing they blamed makhitia for misplaceing it some where and could do anything till it was found... never again will I walk into this shop.. get a manager sydney tools!!!"

"-=No Customer Service and Lack of Care=- Once they have your money care goes out the window. I have bought heaps here in the past but no more, Lack of customer service , lack of care and they don't care even if the stock on the shelves is labeled wrong or misleading they don't care just buy and get out. I will be taking my business next door to Total tools at least each time I walk in there they are happy to help and nothing seems to hard. The grumpy old dude at the counter is killing your sales."

"Went into Malaga store looking for a specific item. Showed it to someone at the desk on my phone to see what isle it was and they pointed me to it. Looked in the isle but it wasn’t there. Had another staff member in there with a male customer and when he was done I asked him for help looking for the item because I couldn’t see it anywhere. He told me that they don’t have it he would have to order those in. I asked if he had something similar to recommend and that I needed something to get into small crevices sanding down a door. His response was “sorry no I don’t know what to recommend”…. And that was it. No help what so ever. Bad customer service"

"Great team instore in Malaga. Went in for a trolley. Stock has arrived but not yet booked into stock. I had an arm injury, and the guys helped by booking it into stock and building it for me and loaded it into my vehicle with no complaints or hassles at all. What a friendly bunch. Well done guys! Would definitely come back just because of service like that. Thank you!"

"Bought close to 4k worth of tools. A few things I wanted needed to get ordered in. No worries. I got told a week. Think it was 6 weeks later I got a refund. Seems as though costumer service disappeared as soon as you pay. If I wasn't chasing up my tools that had been ordered I'd still be waiting. Different excuses and false promises every time I went in there. Really hoping I don't need a warranty job with these guys. Steer clear and go just down the road."
