"Understanding the lotto kiosk is not the bread & butter of 777 Pharmacy East Perth, I don't expect that the staff who serve customers at the kiosk treat us like we are a burden to their working lives. To the young lady who served myself and all customers before me in the queue with a sense of irritation, perhaps a customer service position is not for you. To the management of the business, your staff may need more training on how not to serve customers. Alternatively, do not offer a lotto kiosk if the business is not happy to provide this happily. I will not come to 777 Pharmacy East Perth for my pharmaceutical or lottery needs in the future."
