Staff were amazing, they made the best recommendation based on our needs & budget , nothing was a trouble in helping us ship the mattresses to our home. We got delivery within a few days. The communication from store and freight company was first class. We all understand that sometimes there are unexpected delays, like traffic. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and had loads of patience when discussing all of my options. I needed this bed due to a medical condition so it had to be 100% right.
