"I recently celebrated my birthday with about 40 friends at the most intimate and atmospheric L'Chaim, downstairs in The Old Synagogue. I was able to book the entire venue for the private function, which seats 50 in sumptuous semi-circular velvet booths and tables surrounded by bookshelves, floor lamps, candles and a chandelier as the centrepiece above the bar. Everyone found the venue, delicious canapés, bar and food service first-class. This is a sneaky little hideaway modelled on a historical speakeasy and I can't wait to go there again as a member of the public for a drink and a bite."
"Very very cool bar/restaurant. Huge venue..lots of spaces to drink/eat. Rooftop has gorgeous views. I suggest sitting there for sunset and watch the golden glow fall over all the limestone buildings. Then head down to the bar below for some very well done cocktails. They are especially good at Sours in that is your vibe. Staff are really friendly."
"Excellent restaurant. Service is warn and friendly. Food is absolutely delicious. The feasting menu at $69 was well worth it with plenty of food to satisfy. Great to try such a large variety of dishes too."
"Perfect everything. Food, ambience, service all amazing. A must do in vibrant Fremantle."
"Food was a bit dry and service was good. The food had great flavours all the meals tasted good, but the pizza was very dry and the buns of the burger were dry too. Service was quick. Unfortunately no table service. Access is good for mobility impaired except the toilet which is down a steep dark stairs and passage and toilet themselves very dimly lit. Maybe be able to access trough another business as they are shared and they may have more suitable access. No parking on premises but paid carpark about 300m up street, but small & busy. Add another 100m for disabled parking."
