"Service first and of the highest quality. We needed a bedframe because our deal with another supplier blew up. We searched bedframes online and Snooze had one that was quite similar to the one we wanted. We called to confirm that the item was in stock which it was and we put a deposit down on it while delivery options were sorted. The next day our salesperson called us and told us she was not happy with the quality of the item we ordered. She asked us to come in and examine the floor model to ensure we were satisfied with the quality. We weren't happy with it and we would have been really disappointed if we had taken delivery after ordering it from online alone. As a result, we found another item with superior quality and we couldn't be more pleased."
