"Click and collect was a cluster. Ordered an E-Scooter online over night. Got the ready email just prior to opening time. Using the links in the email I said I arrived for click and collect to my vehicle, parked in the click and collect bay, gave a full description of the vehicle and waited 20min before going into the store to see what was going on. The girl at the desk is pretty oblivious to the process, she Said I needed to go seek out a sales person of which there were none around or try going to the warehouse. After waiting 2 min for a sales person I opted to go to the warehouse where the very nice guy said I was in the wrong spot that scooters are inside or direct to the car but he will get the manager to come down to do collection here (thankyou for your assistance much appreciated). The scooter was collected from the warehouse in the end. A nice girl came and saw me thankyou for helping me out. The process was not smooth wasted nearly 40min. Might as well have gone in and bought it at opening time."

"Just tried calling about a simple inquiry, the middle aged sounding lady on the phone sounded like she didn’t even wanna be there as soon as I asked the question on stock availability she just hung up the phone. This is ridiculous. If you can’t answer a simple question over the phone I don’t think you should be working in a customer based industry, this person may require some more training on etiquette and service. Is this how your store runs things whenever you get asked a “difficult” question? ( which I don’t think, “do you have any available” is a difficult one to begin with)."

"Went in to look at nice things. Was asked immediately If I needed help so I said no thanks just looking. After 1 minute I was asked by the same guy if I wanted anything particular today. When a customer says no then let them mean no. Stop pressuring us. I will avoid Harvey Norman stores from now on."

"Went to buy Oven, fridge & washing machine. Stood around for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me. Felt invisible. Losers !!!!! Good Guys and Retro Vision ended up getting my business. Service at both places leaves Harvey Norman for dead. . . Harvey Norman O'Connor you are a joke."

"Bought a fridge here. The fridge broke down and and we thought lucky had payed extended warranty. We lost food 3 times before they would say yes we can’t fix the fridge come and pick a new one . What a joke then they wanted extra $4.000 on top of what we paid. Joke all the way. We finally got credit. Went to use our credit new owns in and keep ringing us where’s our old fridge. As we keep and stolen down fridge for decorations. The fridge got pick up and my husband and I keep getting phone calls where is it. We didn’t know we should of kept information on time and dates. Wouldn’t recommend the company to anyone. They have gone down the hill big times. The new owner needs to go to some customer service maybe it help him . Jokes of all jokes would never use the store again. We use to buy everything there never again ."
