"I bought a Terracotta water tank, I was explained very well by the staff girl and I was really happy with the purchase . I came home filled the container with water and left it overnight and next morning I noticed very small leaking points at the bottom. I came back to the store the following day to return the faulty product and found there was a different staff girl was on her shift. I explained her about the faulty product, and she imideatley responded that it won't be returned and I requested her to check with the manager because there was no damage on the product and it was leaking because of the manufacturing fault. She calls couple of people infront of me and I hear that she was telling her manager that a customer is in the store to return a broken product (tutta hua) It frustrates me as I was standing infront of her And I was telling her that i didn't break the product it is leaking because of the manufacturing fault. End of the story - she give me the full refund."
"Best Indian grocery store with a variety of items. Relatively cheap prices and of good quality. Helpful staff and knowledgeable about the products. Their home brand products are good and I recommend to try them."
