Osborne Park LDV

"I hate to leave a bad review, but unfortunately, I have almost nothing positive to say about our experience with LDV/KIA Osborne Park. The business I work for had our LDV delivery van break down (for the third time in 4 weeks - that in itself is hardly an advertising campaign for the vehicles), and we towed it to Osborne Park for urgent servicing. As it had broken down, we didn't have a servicing time booked, and understandably would need to wait until the Service Department had a moment to diagnose the issue before repairing. Over the next couple of weeks, we struggled to get any information at all from the Servicing Department - every call was met with 20 minute minimum hold times, until finally we were told that nothing had progressed and the Service Department would look into it and call us back (which never happened). When we did finally seem to get somewhere, we were told to come collect the van at a specific time; but when we arrived the work had not been carried out and we were forced to wait almost an hour for it to be completed. I did speak with two kind (although admittedly unhelpful) people on the phone (both of which were from the Customer Service Department), but everyone else we spoke with was curt and uncaring. The whole ordeal was frustrating, unclear and costly. I don't know if there are factors that LDV could address that would assist their staff in effectively doing their jobs, but for everyone's sake I hope they seriously look into it."

"Worst dealership in Perth. PETA service Manager is not helpful, has no care for vehicle safety issues, the poor attitude is mirrored by the service advisors. Feeling of no care all round. Vehicle purchased July 2022, now April 2023, finally had mark from delivery cleaned from seat. Been back 3 times for same issues with safety system and other simple issues.wrong parts ordered, failed to fix a trim leaving car handed back missing trim from exterior of door. Each service advisor acknowledges issues then when calling up acts like they have no idea about the faults described and shown. Continue to give the line about contacting manufacturer and technical but never follow through and share information. Car has been at dealership for weeks. Was told they required for two days (after failing to repair first two visits), 1 week later I called and was told the car hasn’t been attended to and would require more days, then when told it was fixed, asked again about safety system faults and asked again what faults!!? It’s like dealing with goldfish. Tried to contact dealer principle who doesn’t seem to return calls."
