"I took an old MX5 into the service/parts team for some advice. The person behind the counter was younger than the car and wasn't interested in helping me. The car had been serviced with them for over 20 years but that didn't matter. I just needed her to ask one of the mechanics one question, but she said they were all too busy. I also wanted to buy a CX30 Astina - which I will find at a different dealership, as clearly the after sales service isn't up to spec, in my opinion."
