Great local company and my lounge was manufactured in VIC so all money stayed in AUS which made me happy. "Do not buy from this business. My husband and I paid $900 deposit for a couch in 2021, 2 years ago!! We never got the couch and we didn't get our money back either! We are now pursuing legal action to get our money back! Never ever give a deposit!!"

"I visited the store and was keen to buy a leather modular lounge suite. The assistant was helpful and we decided on a product for which he would get a cost from the factory within a day or two for the configuration I required. A week later I got a call telling me that an email would be sent to me in a day or two with details and pricing for the configuration I required. I discussed with the sales assistant that I was concerned about the reviews for their business which I had read online. I was assured that everything had improved significantly and that past issues had been related to the pandemic and associated supply chain issues. My concerns were allayed and I was looking forward to placing my order which would be around $7000+. The promised email never arrived, I called the store and was told my call would be returned, it wasn't. Three weeks later with no follow-up or contact from the store I decided to purchase from a store I could trust - Harvey Norman. It would appear that the reviews concerning a serious lack of customer service are very well founded and very ingrained in the employees of this buisness. I am relieved that I did not do business ($7000+) with this store and could not recommend this store based upon my personal experience/ interactions with them."

"This is my second time purchasing mattress and bed bases from That’s Furniture, but I didnt leave a comment last time. So I’ll try to comment both experiences. The first time I have bought an Adriatic Slumber ‘CHIRO’ queen mattress plus ‘Matrix’ bed base and have been served by Allan. He is professional and helpful. The delivery was prompt with no delay. My wife and I both love the bed as the quality is excellent, while the price was great as well. We are also happy to support the local SA family brand - Adriatic Slumber. The second time was at the recent Black Friday sales. I was served by Tony and was shopping for two single mattresses plus bed bases for incoming guests who would visit us in Christmas. Again, Tony is knowledgeable, honest and professional. He recommended us the Ambassador single mattress which has good quality at a decent price. He also offered two ‘Matrix’ single bed bases as Black Friday giveaway so we happily dealt. On the arrival of the delivery, the mattresses were fine but I found the bed bases were kind of damaged and didnt look like ‘Matrix’, and therefore I requested for replacement. After few days, there was no news of replacement so I sent them an email but unfortunately they didnt reply. Hence, I decided to call That’s Furniture to follow up and fortunately Tony helped me sort it out. Although the bed bases eventually arrived after Christmas, it is understandable that many logistics are affected during public holidays. Overall, the experiences with That’s Furniture are great, though not the best. Their prices are very decent and the mattress from Adriatic Slumber is really unbeatable. We would like to also thank Tony for the kind assistance. Thank you."

"First let me say Tony is marvellous as a salesperson, does not make you feel pressured and is so patient. I ordered over $8000 worth of furniture and Tony gave me a very good discount and organised delivery to the country. So far so good. The problem started when the furniture arrived. The tallboy had paint drips and marks and the finish was not good. The drawers also did not open nor close properly, definitely not worth the $900+ . I took pictures and contacted the showroom and after having to contact them a few times and an offer of $75 reimbursement they offered to replace it to which I agreed. At 8 weeks I made contact to find out if it was there and was told I would be advised. At 11 weeks I contacted the showroom to find out that it was there and they were waiting for more deliveries to come to my area in the country. My remark was that it was not my fault that it was such poor quality to begin with to which Tony agreed and said they would organise delivery. 2 weeks later I was told they would be delivering as more people had ordered. I asked if they had checked the replacement piece to make sure it was in good condition and was assured it was checked over. The men that delivered the piece were lovely but I could tell straight away that it had not been unpacked and checked prior to delivery which was frustrating. They were fast and very efficient with the changeover and I probably should have checked the piece before they left but I was home ill. I went straight in and took one look and the changeover piece was in worse condition than the first, very rough finish and each time I tried to pull a drawer in and out my TV nearly fell off the top. I immediately called the showroom and told Mark to tell the men to come back and swap the pieces back over The men again were very nice and I apologised to them for their inconvenience. Mark told me that he was very sorry this had happened and he would get the manager to call me Friday as soon as he comes in. This was 2 1/2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing"
