"Service from this store was pushy. Be aware of the cheap quality. We paid over $1000 to get a cot and change table and had the laminate ripped off. They were still brand new never used. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Won’t be shopping here again."

Rewards program is misleading. On a previous occasion I'd arranged car seat installation but the store changed their opening hours and neglected to rearrange these appointments. While I was waiting another gentleman turned up for his appointment as well."
"Feel cheated as recently Baby Bunting changed their policies for the rewards without communicating the same to its customers. This is a shame as you promote something to attract customers and later chew up the rewards yourself. Not going back to this store chain again. There are much better outlets out there who look after their customers."

"Fantastic service by a lovely sales rep today with red hair (I am so sorry I did not catch her name) that assisted my mum and I by finding the perfect car seats for my twins expected in July. Talked us through the best options for our criteria we needed as we already have a 3 year old still in a car seat, gave excellent advice and recommendations and we felt very comfortable with our impending purchases. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly manner. Also lovely service by the lady serving at the front counter too. I work in retail and have very rarely received such great attentive service. Will be back for sure and will be recommending to my family and friends. Cannot recommend this store and their employees highly enough."
