"I cannot speak highly enough about this place!! From my first visit, I was welcomed with competent, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I purchased a complete kitchen package a year ago. Their after sales customer service has blown my mind. Unlike other places who can be quite dismissive once the sale has been made, Nick and Jeanie have been AMAZING. I had a small issue with my cooktop which was easily remedied by the staff and recently my sink has had a minor issue. Nick and Jeannie have gone above and beyond to sort out the issue, as the distributor has been rather unhelpful. At no point, have I been brushed off. Instead, I have been fully supported and kept in the loop. If you are after great post-sales customer service, do yourself a favour and shop here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Purchased a new 900mm gas/electric stove last week from Jeannie at this outlet. Price was great and service was terrific. I was told tradesmen would contact me re delivery and fitting. Was contacted the same day and given time for fitting today. Gas fitter (Peter) and electrician (Andrew) arrived promptly on time and fitted appliance with no fuss. In these days of some very ordinary customer service it makes a nice change to be treated as the focus of a business. I would definitely recommend this business."
"Came late in afternoon from country to see them. It was close too there time for closing, yet they stayed open due to us phoning ahead. Ended up buying not just a washing machine but also new fridge. The sales guy Nick was an awesome with his customer service. Ask to wrap the fridge up good and boy they did just that! Would definitely recommend to anyone. WILL be back to buy more"
