"I spent a fortune in this shop . Why ? Because they know what they’re talking about . I’m not big into detail about ovens , fridges etc - I just want to know that I can operate them, turn button on and off . But the spartan staff are all over it , I reckon they must take the instruction books to bed and read up on all the devices . They just told me that I needed my induction stove which looks like it could fly me to the moon and told me about all the buttons and features. How could I say no ? They showed me price comparisons with other retailers and arranged delivery . A seamless process. No wonder they have such a good reputation ."
