"The slowest place to go to get scripts. Three times now and between 30-45 minute wait. Staff unhelpful. Click and collect makes you wait and wait. Products show in store online but not available when you go there and staff don’t care. Definitely not going back"

"I was getting a script filled today and the young lady (Amy) was the happiest, most helpful and friendly person I have seen in a retail environment for many years, she made it a pleasure to shop there. The price of my script was also half of what I have been paying at my usual chemist"

"Just went to pick up some cold and flu tablets , showed my ID. Lady came back and told me to go to another chemist as I had apparently bought Sudafed yesterday . I did not . Went to Priceline to check if somebody had used my ID . Was told that the girl in chemist warehouse must of scanned my ID wrong as I had no history of buying it . Girl at chemist warehouse made me look like a druggy sorf of person . Won't shop there again . I was so embarrassed."

"If you are in a hurry, AVOID this place. I give this one star as they really need to lift their game in the back script area. It is HORRENDOUS for waiting times. I used the app to order my script last time, was told it was ready, went down - nothing on file, 'we don't have your script here' 'me - 'you messaged me to tell me it was there'. 'You will need to go to your doctor and get another refill'. Um... 'I had 5 repeats left!' Their reply, 'oh our system plays a bit of catch up'. I keep all my boxes and they are wrong, my numbers were decreasing after each fill and the last said, I had 5 left, so what the? So that cost me to go back to the doctor!!! Every single time I've gone in, I've waited up to 20 mins JUST to be served (at the back at one counter) when no one else was there and they go about their way out the back - usually 3 or so there (that's only where you drop your script off) then you have the same wait if not MORE at the end where you pick it up (well, that's my lunchtime gone), then sometimes a little wait at the front if there's a queue (that doesn't bother me as much but mostly it's one till open). It's appalling as it's a beautiful chemist and has everything you want, it's clean, although no testers most of the time. Great selection in most areas, not so much the cosmetic line, the front area where you are served, they're usually very lovely, but the script area, this is what will stop me bring my scripts back here. I am done and today being the 5th time this has happened in 5 months means I will drive a wee bit further (probably quicker to drive to Mandurah and back lol) and go to Armadale or Gosnells as they are way quicker. I won't be back unless they lift their game but this has been months and months."

"Wish I can give 0 stars Ridiculous service & never have enough testers for expensive perfumes. How one can buy $100 perfume without trying it. Happened couple of times here before Also lot of things are always out of stock Their attitude towards customers is bad and unacceptable which I have noticed couple of times before. And rude behaviour by door greeter today 1.30 pm"
