"I needed a spare fridge, so I bought a secondhand 9 year old Westinghouse. A week later the door hinge broke. Uggh! A known problem with the brand. They came out quickly and fixed it, in fact, better than new. A month later, The fridge stopped cooling. Damn! Once again. The tech came out next day and swapped out the thermostat and we were back in business. I guess it is, after-all, a second hand fridge, but I really can't complain about the back up service, warranty, expertise and response speed. All excellent. I'm happy. Good job. Keep it up."
"2 faulty washing machines within 6 months. Hard to get in contact with, refusing to honour the refund to which I am entitled to. ACCC and consumer affairs have spoken to the business and yet they still refuse. Spend your money elsewhere these people do not deserve it."
