"Frequented this outlet of Jim Kidd, for quite some years. Mainly for Trakie bottoms. I'm really disappointed not with. J.K's But for some reason one has to buy elasticated bottoms or similar. I dislike them with vengeance. And just through general conversation with other gym users I am not alone. Lets move on. Came to your store today to see if by any chance the style of elasticated bottoms was changing trend. Not applicable. I did however want to purchase a pair of trainers. I approached a member of your staff, a young man by the name of Jack. He saw what I was wearing and asked if I would like the same. I answered yes. Within seconds after asking my size, a pair of 'New Balance' appeared as if by magic. I tried one on, and thought it was adequate, Jack wasn't happy, and got the next size. Yes Jack was right. I queried the price as they were $10 more expensive as per your promo price. Jack told me to mention this at your cashiers outlet, and they would take that into consideration. It was a pleasure to deal with that young man."
