Brandon took the time to search and see if he was able to order them in. Unfortunately he wasn't able but he suggested a similar shoe which was cheaper than my usual brand and they are wonderful. The store was super busy and yet Brandon was attentive and respectful. Amazing customer service!"
"Entered the store looking to make a purchase for both myself and my husband. There was one person working and he was busy helping another customer. We would have been happy to wait had there been any interaction, but we weren’t even acknowledged the entire time we were there (10 minutes). A simple, “I’ll be with you in a moment,” would have sufficed. We ended up leaving as we felt so uncomfortable. Will definitely not be returning."

The staff member was dealing with another customer and I understand being busy but they didn't even say hello or acknowledge us until we were going to leave.
