"I love Big W in general. This is a nice, big store with lots of stock to choose from in the variety we've become accustomed to from Big W. My only real issue is the store has been revamped since my last visit, so the staffed checkouts have all been replaced with a row of self-serve registers and only one staff person patrolling to help. Considering the checkouts are programmed to register weight going in the bags to prevent theft (I assume), everyone is always needing that one attendant to help get the item vetted to keep checking out. So much slower than just having experienced personnel scanning and rectifying as they go. Really dislike the direction of self-checkout that all stores are moving towards."

"Great bargains, easily laid out, have visited a couple of times in the last month and have been served by the same woman both times. She is definately not enjoying her job, a lot of yawning and totally disinterested and wearing a Port power tracksuit top, most unprofessional, she lets the team down!!"

"The shop is quite confusing compared to a lot of other Big W. The layout is not very similar at all. The category section does not make sense at all. It is very jumbled up. Certain section/similar products should be close by or in the same aisle. It is not, you go from one side to the other. Stock are not as huge considering it’s location."

"Hi, I was at this store this afternoon and was treated so disrespectfully by one of the employees. Jennifer was her name, (an older woman). I was just talking to a friend of mine who was handing out Lindt chocolate for no more than 5 minutes and Jennifer walked up to my friend and told her “they need to leave, you need to tell them to leave”. She didn’t even address us and was downright disrespectful to not only my friend but my sister and I. She spoke as though we weren’t even there and ignored us. I was looking at one of the blankets near the door while this was occurring as I was contemplating buying one, and at the time when Jennifer had approached my friend, we weren’t even talking to her, my sister and I were discussing whether to get one of the blankets. This is not the first time we’ve had a bad experience with this woman either. Jennifer never once asked us if we needed help with anything and ignored us. She was so rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason."

"This Big W has updated, freshly painted and floors has been changed from the previous one. It looks more brighter and cleaner arrangement. Some new product and clothing has been added. At the time of this writing the floor works still ongoing."
