"Located at Tea Tree Plaza shopping centre. If driving easier to park at the rooftop car park and take the escalator to level 2. Always can find parking spots available at the rooftop car park. Easier to find which Aisle the products are using the coles app on mobile phones. But sometimes in the correct Aisle, finding which bay/shelf is so hard sometimes!! Can improve a bit on visibility when stocking!! Visited the store on Sunday (13/08/23) and when at the self checkout counters, realised they have attached cameras to all the self checkout counters!"
"Always low on stock, the bread dates aren't even 5 days long anymore, always running out of milk or selling milk with a few days expiry. Self checkouts rather than real staff. We are in a cost of living crisis, we're paying more for food and also have to pack our own shopping? Where's the labour costs saved? Straight into the 1%er pockets. Shame"
"Just saw an employee keep their cool today with a rather difficult customer by the produce section. Customer clearly wanted to escalate a situation while they tried to de-escalate it. Kudos to the male employee, hope they have a great Easter."
