"I walked out because I only saw self service desks. When I got home my wife tells me there are some buried up the other end. My bad. Heads up if Big W go full service, I will no longer shop there. These big companies are taking away the opportunity for young people to get experience and a bit of cash in their coming world, not learning that you need to work and save if you want to get anywhere. At the moment if there is staffed service desks 4 stars. If they go full self service 0 stars, and I will no longer shop there."
"Everytime I come here is generally a good experience. This particular review focuses on a service deli assistant. There's always one super nice young woman that is always serving (and she did today), so I'm not sure why the other woman working today at approx 3pm with the face mask made it her mission to not serve but instead focus and talk to the other assistant in the cheese section. It's a real pain point of mine when people working behind the service deli do everything but serve, even if there is a line, but I guess getting chickens out the oven and talking to your co-workers trump service. Super disappointing."
"Came here to grab some groceries, wasn’t too impressed with the shop. Shelves were pretty empty. Fruit and veg was bare. Nothing was displayed nicely and looked very unattractive. Probably won’t be going here to get my fresh food from the fresh food people!"
