"Purchased a watch for a Christmas present on the black Friday sales which was the 25th of November! There is 18 days until Christmas and have yet to receive an email about it being shipped! How the hell does it take nearly 2 weeks to ship an item! Very stress and disappointed right now I will not be buying from this store again!"
"Purchased a Longines watch in the Rundle Mall store last week (excellent service here) and was told I can come back to get links taken out. Visited TTP store as I was close by, the lady was not interested in assisting me even as soon as I walked into the store. Advised me she may not be able to do it as Longines watches were not sold at the store, this was even before having a look at the watch so her attitude was already off putting. My dad wasn't present so she couldn't count how many links to be taken out (after I had already told her his wrist diameter size), also saying she would need 45 minutes (the store was not busy). Put off by her response and all the back and forth, I immediately packed up the watch to bring my business else where. Such a shame I had to go else where and pay to get links out, when it should have been complimentary. Mister Minut had it done and dusted in 20 minutes with no back and forth, unlike Mazzuchelli's TTP."
"I paid for two white gold rings to be rhodium plated here. I was happy to pay more than what I had previously elsewhere for convenience, but to be honest I have been let down. The rings came back shiney, but nothing brilliant compared to other times I’ve had it done. To make it worse, fast forward just a handful of months and my rings are already discoloured again.. I’ve had these same rings plated elsewhere and they’ve gone at least 18 months before looking like how they do now. I do not recommend them for this service."

The people in store and in head office consistently lied to me at every step of the way. Do not buy anything from these garbage people."
