"Real treasure. On South Terrace about 200m from the Norfolk Hotel and 5 minutes walk to the Cappuccino Strip. Parking at rear.Variety of rooms, some with balconies onto the Terrace.Mine hadA/C, heater, LCD TV and fridge. Nice shower and toilet. Tea/coffee. Barry the owner/ manager very helpful and friendly. Free continental breakfast for guests. Highly recommended. Oh, and good Wifi."
"We stayed for one night in the Pet Friendly accommodation, while the place has pet friendly rooms it is not pet friendly at all. The rooms are very noisy, I could hear the people above us walking around and also a T.V. down the hall and people coming and going . We came down for a wedding and informed the owner on the phone, unfortunately we had to return to the room after I had a abusive call from the owner, as one of our dogs started barking as she was freaking out over the noise. The noise was super loud and I didn’t sleep, didn’t even bother staying for breakfast just packed up and left. I have never stayed in a more poorly set up pet friendly accommodation, I would avoid the place if you have pets it is not suitable and I work with animals it just scares them. My advice for the owner’s is not to advertise as pet friendly while your dog has grown up in that environment it’s unrealistic to expect other dogs to accept the noise. It’s also unrealistic to expect the owners to sit in the room 100% of the time."
"Stayed at room 2 queen ensuit. Overall, room was neat and clean. It was also cozy and free WiFi was fast and good. Location is within walking distance to most attractions in Fremantle. There was free breakfast which included cereals, bread, yogurt."
"The place is so cute and cozy, had the feel of staying in someones home. The breakfast was minimal yet organized and well set up. It was difficult navigating the building as well as parking and checking out was somewhat complicated. More details or signs can help with this. Overall would recommend! Can't be the location in Freo."
"We stayed in the Courtyard Cottage with our 15 month old and it was lovely. The place had lot's of character and was so close to everything in Fremantle. The courtyard was very nice as well and provided a cool spot on a hot summer's day and it was very safe for the Toddler to run around although she broke one of the ornaments ;-(. The only bad point about this place was the lack of provided tea and the noise from the people upstairs very early in the morning 5/6am and until midnight on Saturday as they might have had some guests or a party going so we got hardly any sleep in. So if noise bothers you a little bit perhaps book something upstairs rather on the ground floor as this is an apartment located down-stairs. Thanks to the owners also for the early check-in. Much appreciated that with the Toddler as she could go down for a nap."
