"Do not buy from this company especially there sliverwood bedframes or any other furniture in that material for that matter. They change up there prices to trick you to make you think your getting a good price. The bed frame I purchased was poorly made. Go to fantastic furniture if you want better quality & customer service. The customer care doesn’t get back to you straight away they said they would get back to me the next day they didn’t & they aren’t empathetic when it comes to an issue with a product you paid high price for. There products are poorly labour made in Vietnam! with extreme high prices they charge. Go to fantastic furniture if your looking for furniture in your budget that’s made in better quality & for cheaper & helpful empathic customer service, do not waste your money here like I did. Be careful when purchasing from this company. (Missing bolts/washers, lightly scratched/denied bed frame was out alignment the middle part of the bottom didn’t even touch the floor the measurement for it was out) never even got a call or sms my bed frame had arrived, they don’t even take full payments over the phone if you have made a deposit already. Please don’t be fooled by this company and there high to low changing prices."

"I've bought a lot of furniture from this store over the years and have always been able to score a great deal on some great furniture. Whilst the product is good, I have two pet peeves about the store: 1. Lack of advertised products on display. Last 3 times into the store, the product I've wanted to see in person isn't available. Yet products that aren't on special dominate the store. Why would I buy something I can't see on the shop floor? 2. Salesperson "harrassment". I understand that they are here to offer service, but some visits you can't turn around without a salesperson locking eyes with you waiting to be called over. Made all the more annoying when they don't have what you've seen online, on display. This won't stop me shopping there, but I'll be sure to walk in, and if what I want isn't there, I'm right out the door."

"Purchased the Tulum King bed last year. When the bed was delivered we received a king bed but with queen sized slats. Once we finally received the correct slats, they completely broke and snapped in half 6 months later. Honestly expected so much better considering the price we paid. 10/10 do not recommend purchasing furniture from Amart."
