Medibank - Perth

"Worst policy ever. They are opening policy and deducting amount at the same day but when its time to refund, they don't care. On the phone, they say we can't help you. Sending an email is worse than phone call. No reply until 7-10 days. 1 lady on the phone said that you will get refund from the day you contacted us but when i visited branch after 2 weeks, that lady said we can't do refund back dates. Please give same instructions to everyone so that you don't mislead your clients. Recommending everyone not to go with medibank. Wasted about $200 just because of mislead info. Please be bit more specific."
