"Nice location but that’s all I can say. My partners drink was delivered 10 minutes before mine which only arrived as I queried where it was. Food turned up and was the completely wrong order. Coffee finally showed with half the drink on the plate. I explained I can’t eat pork and I had ordered the crispy chicken wrap not whatever they had given me. The rude dark haired 20 year old woman with a bull nose ring ‘sky’ said “I guess I’ll take it back” and then she returned showing me a receipt saying I had ordered a Caesar wrap but I definitely asked for a crispy chicken one. She then dumped the plate back (with the wrap pulled at) and walked off. I understand mistakes can happen and maybe it was the Scottish accent that caused the issue but my complaint is more it’s the way the girl handled this. She needs to be coached in customer service- won’t be returning again."

"Amazing service, brilliant atmosphere and fantastic food! The service I get whenever I got to the counter is brilliant, especially by the waitress, Hannah. She’s so kind and polite and makes every customer feel welcome with her smile. However, there were a couple of times when I ordered a Choc-A-Block (my usual favourite) a coffee twister. But overall, this is place is amazing for anyone who wants to relax and chill with family and friends!"

"Ordered the lot burger, as I have done many times at other Dome restaurants around Western Australia. When the waitress came over with our plates, I could see the chips were stale and then I looked at my burger bun.. it looked like it felt… stale, hard and like foam when I tried to pull it apart. Told the waitress it was stale, she took it away and brought back my plate with a steaming bun on top, a fresher bun that looked as if it had been microwaved, but fine, it was soft and I was hungry. Then, I went to pick the bun up and found that the bottom half of the bun was from the original stale bun. The menu says the the buns are baked daily, I do believe that, just not served the day they are baked obviously. Needless to say, I did not eat the burger, nor could I be bothered to return the burger for a second time. My family and I will not be returning to that Dome ever again."

"Was quite busy when we arrived. I noticed part of our order was taken from the warmer but didn't come to our table instead it was taken as part of another order but later returned to the warmer and left for several minutes before being brought to our table. Chips although prepared fresh were not hot by the time they arrived at our table. This restaurant seems a little unorganised, many table left uncleared. Staff are however polite and friendly."

"We need a coffee refuel after a walk and we really enjoyed! Place is really nice, we seated outside but feels very confy also inside. Customer service was good. Thank you so much!"
