Turkuaz Mediterranean Restaurant

"The ambience and music were very nice and we were so excited to eat there. However, as soon as we sat down there was a broken light flashing brightly in our faces and when we asked the waitress to move us, she said we could not move as the other tables were too big (even though we were one of the only customers in the restaurant). We then explained to the waitress that the light was very distracting, and she said ‘oh it’s always been like that you can just sit at the other side of the table and it won’t affect you’. The food was delicious and we were enjoying eating our meal. Then a shocking large screaming argument broke out from the kitchen. It appeared the staff were fighting and didn’t consider the customers who were trying to eat their meal. This is our first time to ever experience this. It was very unsettling and highly unprofessional and it ruined our chance to relax whilst having dinner. We were very stressed listening to a screaming match occurring in the kitchen which went on for 10 minutes. None of the staff checked on us during this time. Overall, we were disappointed to pay for this awful service. Hopefully you provide better services to future customers."

"We stopped in for dinner on a Friday night, it was nice and the lady at the counter was very friendly. I took a while for us to order drinks and food and then for it all to arrive, we were there close to two hours in total but the food was nice when it came"
