"Decided to try Papa Don's pizza today. The pizza was incredible so tasty and just what I hoped for. The mini 6 inch pizzas were great for the kids while I had a larger 9 inch i believe. Finally it didn't take long for the pizzas to cook, so overall we were very satisfied. Cant wait to go back."
"In the many years of eating pizza this was the worst pizza I have ever tried to eat. The pizza was not cooked fully and the base was like wet damper. The topping sauce was tasty but the onions uncooked.. The ownership needs to lift it's game if it wants to stay in business."
"Very disappointed. I orded a pizza (pepperoni to be precise) which the sign stated $10.50. I made payment by card and used pay pass. The service attendant quickly turned the machine to her self before I could see if the payment was approved. I watched in disbelief when a prompt came up on the eftpos machine asking if 'I accepted a $0.18 surcharge fee' and the attendant accepted it. When I asked her was that a surcharge, she said yes. When I asked her why she accepted it she did not answer. No signage at the business that a surcharge was applicable and no notification from the attendant prior to her illegally accepting a surcharge on my behalf. Safe to say will not be returning and will be notifying the appropriate governing body."
