I got a call prior to my appointment to let me know there had been an emergency so to save me waiting longer in the waiting room (and potentially stressing my dog out) they moved my appointment back 15 minutes and I was able to wait in the comfort of my home instead. The vet, Gemma, was extremely gentle but very thorough, and made a real effort to make the experience a positive one for my dog. She sat down with him and gave him treats after giving him an injection to ensure he remembered it as a pleasant place to be. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommend!"
