"I have been going here for years but loyalty doesn't pay. Offered generic brands with prices inflated up to 120% for non PBS products even though they are fully aware of my pensioner status. Service may be a small notch above some other pharmacies but a huge price to pay and i will definitely not be buying anything other than prescription meds from here."
"Went to have an electronic statutory document signed by the pharmacist. She told me it was $5. Then another pharmacist took over and told me she would print the form and sign it. Then when I went to pay she charged me $10. When I told her the other pharmacist told me it was $5 she just said, she was wrong and it's company policy. I would never have paid $10 for a 2 minute signing of a document. Poor customer service. Not to mention my mum picked up her medication as a one off from the same pharmacy and it was triple the price of what she has normally paid at her regular pharmacy."
"Medicines at 3 times the price - go here!! Lovely pharmacy specialising in palming off the most expensive medicines to customers. Asked specifically for a generic version of a drug commonly available for 7$ at almost all pharmacies and voila I get charged 21$ for a branded version!! Did not even let me know they did not have the generic version and slipped this one through. My fault as I should have taken the extra 10 mins to go to another normal pharmacy. So yes if you want to pay 3 times more. This is the place to go!"
