"Amazing vets. Sadly I had to put my old cat to sleep yesterday. The vet was so very kind and understanding and allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted in a private room saying our goodbyes. "Professional and extremely helpful. My dog Mia experienced a torn dew claw resulting in a very painful experience for her. We arrived at Petstock Brighton, a couple minutes before they opened and the vet nurse opened the clinic and welcomed us into the consult room straight away to view Mia. I was reassured that she would need medical treatment and was provided with information in relation the vet arriving. The vet arrived and Mia was checked over. A plan was established and Mia received some pain relief. We were allowed to take her home for her comfort until surgery at 11:30am. This not only enabled us to feel less worried but ensured Mia and our other dog Mac were stressed for the least amount of time possible especially as Mac has separation anxiety without Mia. We dropped Mia off and I was able to place her in the kennel myself as she was nervous. The surgery was a success, medication and information provided and payment easily made. All of this was timely, professional and friendly. It made my 38 week pregnant wife and I feel like they treated Mia as a family member and got her sorted out straight away. Thank you to the vet nurses who do an amazing job with the clients and the vet providing quality care and treatment."
